This site is best viewed by setting your monitor resolution to 1280 by 1024 or higher and colors to High Color (16 bit) or higher. To do so, you may right click your desktop; go to Property; go to Settings; and then set your Colors and Screen Area Pixels. If your monitor does not allow this resolution, there are still things that you can do to enhance your viewing comfort. In both Internet Explorer and Firefox you can decrease the text size which will make the page more appealing to view. To do this Click on View, then Test Size. In IE7, you can further increase comfort by doing the following: Zoom out on a webpage in IE7 Internet Explorer Zoom lets you enlarge or reduce the view of a webpage. Unlike changing font size, zoom enlarges or reduces everything on the page, including text and images. You can zoom from 10% to 1000%. To zoom a webpage
